SeaCa Plastics Packaging is hiring a Finishing Printer Operator for its Surprise, Arizona finishing department. The role operates and sets up flexo printing equipment, reads work orders and production schedules, adjusts ink and machine settings, inspects print quality and product quantities, troubleshoots production issues, completes documentation, and supports cross-training and team operations. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, machine-operation experience, and the ability to work a rotating night shift; training is provided and compensation is $24–$29 per hour plus overtime potential and benefits.
