Mervin Manufacturing is hiring a Snowboard Finishing Technician in Carlsborg, Washington, to complete snowboards after pressing and prepare them for shipment. The role involves retrieving boards, cutting and shaping them, grinding, beveling, polishing, waxing, buffing, applying stickers, and delivering finished boards to quality control. The position requires physical work with hands, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to follow instructions; experience with power tools is a plus. It is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., pays $20.40 to $23.85 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour night-shift differential, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and other benefits.
