Description
Amendo is hiring a Debt Collection Advisor to help end customers find sustainable financial solutions, primarily through phone and email. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing cases, building trust, providing professional advice, improving customer experiences, and increasing customers’ cash flow. The consultant will work with Finnish and Swedish markets, begin with training, and work daytime Monday through Friday. The consulting assignment is scheduled to start in mid-November, and the position requires fluent Finnish, Swedish, or English, along with prior service or customer-facing experience.
