Description
Xendit is hiring a Financial Operations Associate to own and execute financial reconciliations across its products and regions, coordinate with product, partnerships, and finance teams to resolve unreconciled transactions, and establish reconciliation processes for new products and markets. The role requires a relevant degree, 1–3 years of experience in a startup, payments, fintech, or financial services environment, strong English communication, Microsoft Office knowledge, and attention to detail; experience with banks, financial institutions, reconciliation tools, and SQL is preferred.
