Description
This role is responsible for end-to-end finance operations for a site, covering revenue and cost processes from receiving site inputs through correct cube reporting. The person will work closely with Area Finance teams and GSC teams to ensure accurate billing, vendor payments, accruals, reconciliations, cost allocations, and timely management reporting. The role also owns site-level P&L visibility, SG&A and other cost oversight, contract and rate maintenance, and recurring reporting on budgets, aging, invoice/payment timeliness, contracts, site performance, FTEs, and lease summaries.
