SD Solutions is hiring an Associate Customer Onboarding Manager to lead implementation projects for Tipalti’s cloud-based accounts payable automation and global payments solutions. The role serves as a customer advisor, guides customers through technical integrations, oversees project timelines and development efforts, and contributes to internal knowledge. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success experience with SaaS applications, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. ERP integration, accounts payable and procurement knowledge, and web-application debugging are preferred.
