SD Solutions is hiring a QA Team Lead to build, mentor, and manage an offshore QA team while aligning with an Israeli QA Manager. The role leads test automation and manual testing strategies, coordinates with development teams, and supports the scaling of global automation infrastructure. Candidates must have relevant software testing or quality assurance certification, 2–3 years of QA team lead experience, 2–3 years of direct Fintech or banking QA experience, a bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, and expertise in API and mobile testing, database technologies, TypeScript, Playwright, Appium, JIRA, Agile, and cross-functional communication.
