Paytm is hiring a Fintech Learning Consultant in India, open to pan-India travel, for full-time, contractual, or part-time engagement. The role combines fintech subject-matter expertise with training delivery, trend and regulatory research, product and business support, and development of structured learning content. Candidates need 5–15+ years of experience in fintech, financial services, or banking, along with strong communication and content-design skills; advanced Excel, prompt engineering, AI frameworks, and programming experience are advantageous.
