Candidates need a law degree, at least 8 years of post-graduation experience, active OAB registration, and 5+ years of specialized fintech or financial-regulatory experience; the role also requires strong knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations, regulatory reporting channels, AI and automation tools, and fluent Portuguese and English.
