Description
The role serves as the technical point of contact for internal Sales and Technology teams, developing and implementing solutions for customers’ fire-alarm system needs. Responsibilities include answering technical questions, creating technical concepts, supporting project implementation, testing and optimizing systems, and onboarding and testing interfaces and new interface standards.
