NM Residential is hiring a full-time Fire Alarm Technician to oversee and maintain fire alarm systems across nine residential properties in Florida. The role includes programming and servicing panels, troubleshooting, system upgrades, inspections, documentation, compliance tracking, blueprint interpretation, and coordination with property managers, vendors, and fire marshals. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, FASA/BASA certification in Florida, NICET Level III or IV certification preferred, and at least five years of fire alarm installation, programming, and maintenance experience. The position requires travel between properties, reliable transportation, personal tools, and a valid driver’s license.
