Description
The Fire Alarm Technician will install, maintain, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and commission fire alarm systems in Rockville, Maryland, while responding to service calls and AHJ inspections. The role requires a Maryland State Journeyperson Electrician License or a reciprocal-state license, NICET Level III certification or three years of hands-on fire alarm experience, knowledge of NFPA 72 and the NEC, blueprint-reading and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to supervise apprentices and helpers. The position pays $30–$50 per hour and includes PTO, medical, dental, and 401k benefits.
