Encore Community Services is hiring a part-time Fire Life and Safety Director for Encore 49 Residence in Midtown Manhattan. The role works weekends only, on-site, for 24 hours per week and pays $25 per hour or $31,200 annually. Responsibilities include implementing fire and emergency plans, conducting inspections and drills, responding to fires and emergencies, maintaining building safety and security, documenting incidents, and supporting front-desk operations. The position requires two years of fire safety experience and an F89 or T89 certificate; experience with older adults, homelessness, and mental health is preferred.
