LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. is hiring a Fire Prevention on Shift Technician in Lansing, Michigan, to serve as a frontline emergency responder and fire prevention technician for its industrial campus. The role responds to fires, medical emergencies, hazardous materials incidents, and technical rescues; operates firefighting and rescue equipment; conducts fire safety inspections and fire watches; supports lithium-ion battery response; maintains equipment and documentation; participates in training and emergency planning; and may supervise Fire Safety team members. The position works 12-hour Blue/Gold rotating shifts and requires Michigan Firefighter I & II certification, two years of full-time or paid on-call fire department experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to wear full PPE in hazardous environments.
