Description
The role independently plans and executes fire-protection projects in the Munich and Bavaria region, leading or coordinating employees and subcontractors while managing quality, timelines, costs, revenues, site supervision, invoicing, change orders, and documentation. Candidates need building-construction trade training or civil-engineering education, specialization in passive fire protection, solid fire-protection project experience, project-management experience, MS Office and VOB knowledge, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
