Description
Impact Fire Services is hiring a Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice to learn the mechanics of sprinkler system installation. The role involves assisting with site clean-up, unloading and staging materials, cutting and threading pipe, installing and testing fire sprinkler systems under the guidance of a Sprinkler Fitter, maintaining a clean vehicle, and following safety procedures. The apprentice will also learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain applicable state licensing. The position requires independent work with moderate supervision, teamwork, initiative, physical ability, basic math, customer service orientation, and a valid driver’s license; prior fire protection or commercial customer service experience is preferred but not required.
