Description
The Firearms Specialist will support customer service and sales in the Sporting Goods Department while maintaining accurate firearm-sale records and compliance with FFL regulations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, receiving freight, conducting cycle counts, preparing for ATF or internal audits, and training other staff on ATF log requirements, 4473 filings, multiple-sale recording, identification requirements, sale refusals, and straw-sale procedures. The role requires legal eligibility to handle and sell firearms, with FFL-regulation experience preferred, and pays $14.00-$15.00 depending on experience.
