Ability to learn to apply standard firefighting, emergency aid, hazardous materials & fire prevention techniques.

Skill in the operation of the listed tools & equipment.
Ability to apply standard firefighting & EMS techniques to specific situation.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Ability to perform strenuous or peak physical efforts during emergency or training activities for prolonged periods of time under conditions of intense heat or smoke.
