Description
The Firefighter EMT/ARFF drives, operates, and maintains firefighting apparatus and emergency equipment; responds to fires, aircraft emergencies, explosions, hazardous-material spills, and other incidents; performs rescue, evacuation, and emergency medical assistance; inspects facilities and fire-suppression systems; and participates in safety training, drills, and regulatory compliance activities. The role requires Connecticut Firefighter 1 and 2, CT EMT, CDL, or CT 2Q endorsement, and pays $35.47 per hour.
