Description
The Firewall & Network Security Engineer will implement, validate, and document firewall changes; analyze and resolve security incidents; manage technical capacity, lifecycle, and patching; optimize and harden firewall rules; and create detailed technical designs. The role requires IT or informatics training, network and firewall knowledge, zero-trust understanding, troubleshooting and scripting skills, and experience with design validation and security audits. It offers 38.5 hours per week, flexible working hours, home-office options, training, and a gross minimum salary of €3,927.14 per month.
