Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Firmware Design Engineer for its FW PHY Group to design and develop PHY-layer firmware for networking devices, enable SerDes and physical linkup flows, implement and maintain silicon-control algorithms, test firmware in emulation and simulation, debug hardware and software issues, and participate in silicon bring-up. The role requires a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering, at least three years of relevant experience, C programming, embedded firmware debugging, and strong communication skills; Python, MATLAB, SerDes, physical-layer protocol development, and hardware/software development-process knowledge are preferred.
