Ralliant's Qualitrol business is hiring a Firmware Engineer to design, develop, debug, test, and support embedded firmware for real-time monitoring and diagnostic products used in electrical power generation, transmission, distribution, substations, and power plants. The role covers bare-metal, RTOS, and embedded Linux environments; microcontroller and microprocessor platforms; low-level firmware, bootloaders, device drivers, hardware interfaces, industrial communications protocols, cybersecurity, configuration management, and automated testing. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally in Agile Scrum teams throughout the product lifecycle.
