Description
Apptronik is hiring a Firmware Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain actuation and motor-control firmware for humanoid robots. The role focuses on brushless motor control, field-oriented control, real-time current and torque loops, system identification, controller tuning, HIL and SIL testing, fault detection and recovery, firmware reliability, and hardware bring-up. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of production-grade embedded software experience, C/C++ proficiency, brushless motor-control experience, hard real-time embedded firmware experience, EtherCAT knowledge, and experience with humanoid or high-performance servo robotics.
