Cattron is hiring two Firmware Developers to design and implement robust embedded C/C++ solutions for advanced industrial control products. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, prototyping, debugging, firmware design documentation, test planning, cross-functional collaboration, pilot production, and product release. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent professional experience, 1–2 years of embedded software or firmware experience, C/C++ programming skills, debugging and version-control experience, knowledge of modular architectures, embedded APIs, real-time operating systems, and embedded microcontrollers.
