Description

Human Archive is hiring a Firmware Engineer to own the embedded software stack for wearable capture hardware. The role involves developing firmware on embedded Linux and ARM, building system state machines and power-management transitions, integrating and synchronizing cameras, IMUs, microphones, and environmental sensors, implementing real-time data pipelines and on-device sensor fusion, and supporting device telemetry, secure OTA updates, remote configuration, and fleet management. The engineer will also bring up hardware alongside electrical engineers, validate interfaces, and debug timing, power, and communication faults.
