Description
HyperLight is seeking a Firmware Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will own and optimize firmware for optical transceiver reference designs, specifically those built around TFLN modulators. This role involves close collaboration with hardware, DSP, and photonics teams to bring up and scale high-performance systems from prototypes to production. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining embedded firmware for various optical transceivers, implementing CMIS-compliant firmware stacks, developing drivers for I2C and I3C interfaces, interfacing with DSPs for signal processing, supporting high-speed optical modules, bringing up hardware, debugging issues, and contributing to tool development.
