Molg is hiring a Firmware Engineer to develop and maintain embedded firmware for robotic microfactory systems. The role covers firmware architecture, C/C++ development, RTOS and bare-metal programming, hardware drivers, hardware integration, HIL/SIL testing, observability, and debugging. Candidates need at least five years of professional firmware or embedded systems experience, strong C/C++ and microcontroller skills, RTOS knowledge, and the ability to work in person at Molg HQ in Sterling, Virginia.
