Description
The Embedded Software Engineer - Development designs and implements embedded software for SLB measurement and control systems, including multi-processor real-time systems, high-speed data acquisition, DSP algorithms, testing, documentation, and technical support. The role coordinates with other engineering disciplines, mentors technicians and engineers, and contributes to standards, reuse, reviews, and technical publications. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, embedded software, or computer science, at least three years of relevant engineering experience, and experience with C, C++, Python, microcontrollers, embedded software architecture, and version control.
