XP Power is hiring a Firmware Engineer to develop, test, integrate, and maintain firmware for power conversion products. The role covers firmware architecture and testing strategies, code modification and verification, unit and system integration testing, documentation, product launches, legacy troubleshooting, and translation of customer requirements into technical solutions. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least two years of related experience, C proficiency, embedded microcontroller and DSP knowledge, communication-protocol familiarity, debugging and hardware-documentation skills, and experience with software development and version-control processes.
