NVIDIA is hiring an expert Firmware Design Engineer for its Ethernet Switch Firmware Core team. The role focuses on developing the firmware abstraction layer for Spectrum ASIC products, participating in firmware architecture through integration testing, designing algorithms to improve system scale and performance, debugging customer-reported issues, implementing product-roadmap features, and collaborating with hardware, architecture, and global R&D teams. Candidates need at least two years of embedded firmware development experience, C/C++ experience in real-time embedded systems, networking protocol expertise, strong embedded debugging skills, and familiarity with ASIC and FPGA development processes.
