Microsoft is hiring a System Integration and Validation Engineer to coordinate, integrate, validate, and debug system software across server architecture domains such as SoC firmware, BIOS, and BMC. The role involves creating validation plans, developing and automating test content, debugging platform-level issues, collaborating with architecture and development teams, and improving test coverage and release automation. Candidates need a BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience, at least three years of embedded-systems experience, programming experience in Python, C, or C++, and experience with firmware testing, validation automation, CI/CD, and hardware debugging.
