Description
The Firmware Engineering Manager leads firmware development for flow control products and electronic devices used in engineering test stands. The role manages firmware engineers, establishes development standards and quality processes, leads firmware architecture and project execution, collaborates with engineering and customer teams, and supports product development, manufacturing, field service, diagnostics, and reliability improvements. The position requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of firmware or embedded software development experience, and at least 2 years of engineering leadership experience.
