Description
Google is hiring a Firmware Lead to define and drive the embedded software architecture for next-generation robotic and motor control hardware. The role owns real-time execution, motor control algorithms, safety-critical fault handling, sensor integration, low-level drivers, closed-loop control, kinematics, and trajectory planning, while partnering with cross-functional teams and establishing engineering standards. The position also has long-term responsibilities for building and scaling the robotics engineering team.
