Ryther is hiring a full-time FIRS Program Supervisor in Seattle, Washington, to oversee a Family Intervention & Restorative Services court diversion program for youth. The role provides a safe, trauma- and DEI-informed milieu, supervises behavior specialists, coordinates with juvenile court services, facilitates groups, manages schedules and supplies, supports program development and training, and provides on-call coverage. Candidates need a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree plus at least five years of child mental health experience, along with juvenile justice or group-care experience, de-escalation skills, a valid Washington driver's license, and ability to work swing shifts when needed.
