Description
Nesco Resource is hiring a 1st Article Inspector for its quality team on the second shift. The role performs first-article and receiving inspections, uses mechanical and electrical instruments, CMM, functional gauges, and test fixtures, applies sampling plans, documents nonconforming materials and inspection data, analyzes product trends, maintains quality records, and collaborates with production and engineering teams. Candidates need 1–3 years of manufacturing inspection experience, engineering-drawing and inspection-procedure knowledge, CMM and gauge experience, SPC and GD&T understanding, basic manufacturing-process knowledge, and a high school diploma or GED. The position runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM and pays $25–$30 per hour plus an 8% shift differential.
