Description
Dexterra Group is hiring a First Cook for a camp facility with a regular schedule of 20 days on and 10 days off, with 10–12-hour workdays and transportation from select dispatch locations. The role prepares and cooks main meals, uses a variety of cooking methods, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, operates kitchen equipment, assists with menu planning and inventory, and supports dining-room and kitchen cleanliness. Applicants need at least three years of hospitality or food-service experience, one year of Sous Chef experience, FoodSafe Level I certification, and successful completion of a WHMIS test.
