Description
The Food and Beverage Cook prepares and cooks meals and substitute items according to recipes, quality, presentation, and food-preparation standards; regulates cooking equipment; handles food storage and garnish; maintains food logs; and monitors food quality and quantity. The role also supports busy-service communication, menu-specials coordination, and guest-service needs, while assisting with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, and coaching. The posting prefers a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least three years of related work experience, with no supervisory experience or license or certification required.
