Description
The Office Services Coordinator coordinates workflow, prioritizes and delegates work, supports complex client jobs, escalates operational issues, produces reports, and directs quality assurance. The role handles job intake, client and manager communication, equipment and resource selection, standard operating procedures, training, copier supplies, logs, and additional reception and administrative support. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of office-services experience, workflow-direction experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, reprographics and office-equipment familiarity, strong customer service and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role pays $25.00 per hour and is onsite.
