DHL is hiring a permanent full-time Warehouse First Line Manager in Milton Keynes to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise the Control Tower team, monitor performance through SmartProd dashboards, conduct performance reviews and succession planning, support disciplinary and grievance processes, and resolve operational escalations. The role requires previous people-management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and familiarity with WMS and Microsoft packages; Smart Analytics or SmartProd experience is advantageous.
