Description
The position is a fixed-term, full-time research role focused on developing soft nerve electrodes based on gold nanowires. Responsibilities include laser patterning of gold nanowires, designing and characterizing components, and evaluating the electrodes in relevant research models. Applicants should have a doctoral degree in materials science or a suitable field, experience with laser patterning of nanomaterials and nerve electrodes, and preferably experience with electrochemical transistors and English-language research. The position starts in December 2026 or by agreement and is based at Linköping University’s Laboratory of Organic Electronics.
