Veolia Building Management is hiring a First Service Technician, Mechanical Engineering to work independently at customer sites in the Groningen, Friesland, or Drenthe region, with the possibility of starting immediately on a permanent contract. The role involves installing and commissioning mechanical systems, replacing boilers and pipework, performing plumbing work, conducting maintenance and inspections, handling minor repairs, resolving faults, recording work digitally, and coordinating with the work planner. Applicants need an MBO level 3 or 4 technical vocational qualification in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, several years of service-technician experience, mechanical engineering knowledge, administrative and communication skills, independent-working ability, and willingness to participate in on-call duty. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,443.86 to €4,134.22, a service van, pension contributions, health insurance, vacation days, and other benefits.
