Allegion is hiring a First Shift Production Supervisor for Stanley Access Technologies in Greenfield, Indiana. The supervisor will lead a 40-50-person team, assign work, monitor efficiency and quality, prepare reports, and support personnel decisions, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions. The role runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Saturdays as needed, and requires a high school diploma, at least three years of supervisory or leadership experience, proven team leadership, analytical ability, and working knowledge of lean principles. An associate or bachelor's degree and manufacturing experience are preferred.
