Description
SBCS is hiring a full-time Home Visitor for its First 5 First Steps family support program, providing evidence-based home visiting services to pregnant women and families with children ages 0–3. The role includes case management, crisis intervention, safety planning, parenting education, assessments, service planning, resource connection, documentation, and coordination with community partners. It pays $23 per hour and requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of experience working with families with children from prenatal through age five, and a valid California driver’s license and auto insurance.
