Description
Western Piedmont Community College is hiring a full-time, 9-month faculty First-Year Experience (FYE) Coordinator to provide leadership for the college's first-year experience program and Academic Success (ACA) curriculum. The role combines teaching Academic Success courses with faculty development, student engagement programming, assessment, and collaboration across Academic Affairs, Student Services, and community partners to improve student persistence, retention, completion, and transfer. The position is funded through the college's Title III grant and reports to the Dean of Arts & Sciences.
