Description
Sauder Sports is hiring two First Year Representatives for the remainder of the 2026/27 season, starting with November volleyball and running through the April Points Cup finale. The generalist, event-focused role supports day-of event execution, RSVP and food/equipment counts, Points Cup scoring, venue setup and teardown, borrowed equipment, vendor and external club coordination, scheduling conflicts, and outreach to first-year students. It requires a UBC Sauder first-year student, availability for most events between November and April, and organization and communication skills; sports experience, event-planning tools, and sponsorship or operations interest are preferred. The role runs through April 2027 and requires roughly 3 to 5 hours per week, with event-day availability on weekday evenings and weekend afternoons.
