Description
The role independently coordinates district-wide payroll, processes fiscal records, maintains ledgers and journals, prepares reports and budgets, audits paperwork, manages petty cash and travel authorizations, and supports administrative and personnel functions. It requires accounting or bookkeeping education or equivalent training, two years of responsible accounting or bookkeeping experience, a criminal history background investigation, and availability for evening and weekend work. The position is directed and reviewed by a higher-level supervisor and involves confidential handling of sensitive information.
