Description
The Fiscal Director will manage the fiscal functions of the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board and PA CareerLink® Lancaster County, including budget development and analysis, accounting records, compliance reporting, general ledger reconciliation, payroll and benefit payments, audit support, fiscal monitoring, and fiscal policy. The role is full-time, in person, and pays $70,000 to $85,000 per year, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
