The Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau is hiring a full-time, on-site Fiscal Manager in downtown Fort Myers to oversee fiscal operations, including Tourist Development Tax fund accounting, budgeting, grants, procurement, contracts, accounts payable, and financial reporting. The role also supervises the fiscal team, ensures compliance with public-sector financial regulations, improves financial processes, and supports leadership decision-making. Candidates need education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus two years of finance-related experience; advanced Excel proficiency, five years of finance experience, supervisory experience, and a valid Florida Class E driver's license are preferred.
