METRO is hiring a Fish Department Manager for its Trento store. The role manages the fish department to maximize financial results, increase buying customers and market share, provide customer advisory service, protect company assets, and lead and develop the department team. The position requires knowledge of the relevant assortment, commercial KPIs, the applicable CCNL, leadership and team coordination skills, and at least two years of experience in a similar role. It is a permanent, full-time position with a gross annual salary of €32,000.
