The Fish Filleter will work in the fishing industry in Zeebrugge, preparing and processing fresh fish and shellfish, checking and storing goods, packaging products, and cooking shellfish and crustaceans. The role requires experience filleting fish, knowledge of fish species and anatomy, accurate and efficient cutting, and the ability to work full-time Monday through Friday in either day or night shifts.
